Our refund and return policy is valid for 7 days after the goods are signed. If 7 days have passed since you signed for the delivery, we are unable to provide you with a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted:
• Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts due to an error not on our part.
• Any item returned more than 7 days after the courier arrives and signs for delivery
